Hello!

Welcome to my website! Follow me around the world as I explore the fun and fabulous. I am a culture vulture with an appetite for local delicacies and amazing museums wherever I go.

Some people may call me cheap but I prefer frugal. Do you love travel but are on a budget? Check out my blog for the latest tips...

While earning my Master's Degree in Museum Studies from Harvard University, I studied over 150 museums around the globe.

In this section of the website, you will find tips and behind-the-scene notes for some of the best cultural institutions in the world.

"If you didn't take the picture, you weren't there."

I was born in Kodak country – Rochester, NY - and studied at the Visual Studies Workshop and the International Center of Photography in New York City where I assisted such iconic artists as George Tice, Arnold Newman, Amy Arbus and Michael Silverwise.

My award-winning piece, Envy, was published full page in Popular Photography Magazine and is featured in Weldon Owen’s The Complete Portrait Manual

Galleries that have exhibited my work include: Rochester Contemporary Art Gallery (NY), Bonnet House Museum and Gardens (FL), Marie Selby Botanical Gardens and Museum (FL), Los Angeles Center for Digital Art (CA), Rennels Gallery (NM), Pilla Gallery (NY), Broward Art Gallery (FL), The Center for Fine Art Photography (CO), ArtServe (FL), LightSpaceTime.com and International Center of Photography (NY). Through the Moscow International Foto Awards, my work has also been exhibited in Russia and Thailand. One of mypieces can be seen in the feature film Miscalculated.

An iPhotographer for many years, I recently switched to Android rival Pixel 3. Check out Pix Tricks to learn more about the filters and apps I use to create my art.
